Due to a lack of additional funding from Congress, the Affordable Connectivity Program will not be able to accept new applications after February 7, 2024.
Consumers must be approved and enrolled with a service provider by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 7th to receive the ACP benefit.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program to help low-income households pay for internet service, up to a $30 per month discount on your internet service.
(Benefits up to $75 per month on qualifying Tribal lands.)
Consumers can apply for the ACP through the consumer portal at AffordableConnectivity.gov or by completing a paper application to send via mail.
Call 1-877-384-2575 to have a paper application mailed to you.
Once your application is approved, you will need to contact us to provide your application number for enrollment.
NOTE: After providing us with your application number, it will take 2 billing cycles to see the credits applied to your account. In the meantime, please continue to pay your bill as you normally would.
