Follow these simple steps to get your connection back up and running:
Located inside, with a cable going outside through the wall to the equipment on roof or pole.
Located outside, with a cable running through the wall to the power injector inside.
Located inside, with an Ethernet cable that connects to your power injector.
Power cycle your wireless router. Power cycling your router will often fix issues such as occasional buffering or slow speeds. To do this, unplug the wireless router from power for a minute, then plug it back in. Give your router a few minutes to boot up completely.
If power cycling your equipment doesn't help, let's look into your home Wi-Fi. Remember, we control the connection to our tower, but your home network handles the final leg to your devices.
Here are some tips to boost your Wi-Fi speed:
Test your internet speed by running speed tests. You can go to speedtest.net or fast.com to run a test.
Resonance Broadband is a server host on speedtest.net. If our server is not automatically chosen, you can select it by clicking on 'Change Server' and choosing "Haileyville, OK - Resonance Broadband" as your server.
Connecting via Ethernet will give you the most accurate results. While speed tests are handy, they might not always give the full picture when testing via WiFi. To test your wired connection, connect your test device directly to your power injector's LAN port with an Ethernet cable.

Fixed wireless internet is a type of broadband internet service that uses radio waves to deliver internet access to homes and businesses. Unlike traditional cable or fiber optic internet, which requires physical cables to be run to each location, fixed wireless internet uses radio signals to transmit data over the air. This makes it a good option for rural areas that don't have access to cable or fiber optic infrastructure.
Fixed wireless internet typically uses radio frequencies in the 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 3 GHz, 5 GHz, 11 GHz, 24 GHz, and 60 GHz ranges.
Benefits of fixed wireless internet:
Please contact us to provide us your address, and we will check your serviceability with our software to see if you have a clear line-of-sight to one of our towers.
Line-of-sight (LOS) simply means seeing directly between your home or business and one of our towers, without anything blocking the way.
Line-of-sight is crucial for fixed wireless internet because it ensures the clearest signal path, leading to the best possible speeds and quality. Big buildings, trees, hills, or valleys can disrupt that path.
Residential plans have no data caps. There is no throttling and there are no overage charges.
The installation process is fairly quick and easy. Our technician will arrive on-site and determine if an installation will work at your location. If your location will receive signal, he will install the radio outside. The size of the radio ranges, but each can be easily mounted on your roof or on a pole in the ground. A cable from the radio outside with come inside, through the wall, to connect to a power supply inside, with a wireless router that will sit nearby. Installations typically take between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the installation.
Yes, the wireless router included with your installation will allow you to connect your devices via WiFi.
